The Diamond blades are designed in higher segment up to 12mm high, which provide the blades in longer working life than normal.
The blades are made by high press sintered equipments that blades can guarantee the segments without loss. To meet to cut green concrete and other abrasive materials, the blades are designed in wide U slot with Tungsten carbide tipped afore segment by one with other two for undercut protective.
Three or more composition design of segments (bond & diamond grit) provides the blades in different grade to meet different market.
The blades are recommended to cut Green Concrete, Asphalt over concrete, Asphalt, Hand-made brick, Stone, Soft face brick/block, Soft Sandstone, Other soft abrasive concrete products, Universal soft abrasive building materials etc…
REMARK: Other Specifications & Sizes are available upon request. Bond & Diamond is adjustable upon request to cut specific materials.
